Xiaomoxuan Return Policy – Procedures and Conditions
This Xiaomoxuan Return Policy sets out the procedure for returning items purchased from the online store xiaomoxuan.ro. Our goal is to provide you with transparency and security when you shop online.
Right to Return Goods
The buyer has the right to refuse the products at any time before receiving them and within 14 days after receiving them.
Returns of Products of Acceptable Quality
If the products are returned within 14 days and are in perfect condition, the buyer will receive a full refund. The product must be fully assembled, show no signs of use, and be in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returning Defective Products
If the product is defective or has been damaged, the buyer may request a replacement or a refund. In this case, the return is at the seller's expense and must be made within 14 days of purchase.
Xiaomoxuan Return Policy
To return an item, the buyer must notify the seller by email within 14 days of receipt. Upon confirmation, the seller will refund the amount paid, minus the original shipping costs, within 10 days of receiving the returned product.
Exceptions to the Xiaomoxuan Return Policy
We do not accept returns of products that have been customized, made to order, or tailored to the buyer's specific requirements.
